Outlet shopping in the middle of an urban industrial area of Los Angeles is not the easiest space to create, especially when it had its roots as an old tire manufacturing plant. Design architects, Studio Progetti, studied authentic Assyrian artifacts to transform this old Firestone plant, originally modeled after a 7th C. B.C. Assyrian palace. One such treasured artifacts, which were painstakingly replicated and have become the most predominant feature on site, are the five 20-foot-tall Lamassu Bulls that majestically grace the tops of the super full color LED boards. TFN Architectural Sigange was responsible for supplying the large decorative architectural features that gave the very modern technology of LED a sense of past by borrowing from another world's history. citadel outlets categories
